We are seeking a Supplier Performance Analyst to oversee our Third Party Supplier Management (TPSM) services, analyzing post‑purchase documentation and providing summaries for stakeholders. The role includes process improvement, compliance, and coordination with procurement and suppliers.
Responsibilities- Oversee TPSM services execution and drive process improvement using lean manufacturing concepts.
- Lead complex TPSM relationship issues across Tier 1-4 levels.
- Ensure TPSM compliance with contract requirements.
- Coordinate and manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) with TPSM service providers.
- Collaborate between TPSM service providers, Raytheon Procurement, factory, and program offices to ensure purchase orders meet contractual obligations.
- University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in procurement, supplier management, contracts, purchasing and/or data management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Preferred:
Experience in a TPSM environment, data analytics, WMS, and aerospace/defense/supply chain industry. - Strong organizational skills in a high‑paced, complex environment with multiple competing internal and external customers.
- Annual salary range: $68,900–$131,100 USD.
