As a National Sales Director, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth. This position is an opportunity to showcase your skills and fully realize your potential within a caring and trustworthy company.

• Manage field‑related quality assurance measures and compliance procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness.
• Serve as a liaison with home office managers/officers on sales‑related issues, facilitating effective communication and problem‑solving.
• In partnership with Sales leadership, develop and execute field communications to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
• Participate in sales projects as needed or requested, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Travel up to 50%.

• Known for life insurance product knowledge.
• Strong initiative, high energy, and natural outgoing style.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams and executive leaders.
• 4+ years of experience in insurance sales.
