What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Analyst, you will work with internal and external partners to support one of our largest enterprise customers. You will be responsible for supporting the account and sales team to grow revenue, build strong partnerships, and maintain a healthy account score. You will have the autonomy and authority to make decisions that will impact the company you support. A core role function is managing the relationship between the Global Enterprise team, the sales team, and the enterprise customer.
SpecificResponsibilities
- Primary contact between contract management, Business Finance Operations team, and sales teams to ensure accurate migration completion.
- Analyze large amounts of data to complete audits on highly complex profiles, including CLIN customers, migrations, and other customer billing requests.
- Provide continuous project management, tracking, and reporting for all purchase order/funding‑related projects handled by the team.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Verizon Wireless products, services, and technical support solutions offered to Wireless Federal customers.
- Gather, verify, and distribute crucial information to enable cross‑functional teams to align efforts and resolve customer‑impacting issues in real time.
- Develop unique and creative solutions as a proactive problem‑solver.
- Provide recommendations, solutions, and feedback to both internal and external customers.
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Degree.
- Experience working with Federal customers as a Global Enterprise Advisor.
- Experience auditing Federal/DOD customers to ensure contract compliance.
- Experience with Federal contracting requirements.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Highly developed communication skills, able to establish rapport with business personnel at all levels.
- Current WCC experience working with Public Sector customers.
- Experience with VZW Billing Systems and WCC tools: ACSS, WFM, VIP, BI&R, My Business/MBA, SFDC.
This hybrid role requires working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office as directed by the manager.
Scheduled Weekly Hours40 hours.

Compensation is incentive‑based with potential for overtime, shift differential, holiday pay, allowances, and a base salary ranging from $69,500 to $114,000 for full‑time positions at the Maryland location.
