Summary Of The Job

In this role you will be involved in strategic and process work, managing projects across marketing, technology, customer service, and operations. Your responsibilities will include acting as a voice of the partner, listening, learning, and advocating for partners and their customers throughout the organization.

This Role

Our team focuses on innovation and integration of overall relationships with partners and the payment business experiences within your assigned team. Projects include onboarding of new partners, technical enhancements, process improvements, and partner‑specific program upgrades. Flexibility in project‑management style is key, as no two projects are alike.

Your Role

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, projects, and programs through comprehensive coordination and project management. You will act as the primary liaison and project facilitator with internal stakeholders, external partners, and all third‑party relationships involved with each project. Limited travel may be required.

You Will Get The Opportunity To
  • Lead, develop, and deliver projects for assigned partners on time and on budget, coordinating multiple stakeholders across co‑brand credit cards, financial institutions credit cards, private‑label cards, and unsecured loans.
  • Launch new products and desired functionality for partners with ongoing coordination to drive innovation, mutual value, and partner satisfaction.
  • Strategize partner enhancements with the team to promote increased integration and growth of business.
  • Communicate around product delivery, marketing initiatives, and partnership opportunities and their key initiatives.
  • Offer ideas, suggestions, and impact analysis to the team’s strategic plan to enhance our effectiveness.
  • Build meaningful, long‑lasting relationships with partners.
As a Financial Institution, We Are All Required To
  • Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank’s BSA/AML program, as applicable to your job duties.
  • Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required.
  • Report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations, and any suspicious customer or account activity.
Your Experience Includes

The Ideal Candidate for This Role
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of project management and relationship management experience.
  • Experience in marketing, operations, business development, technology, or partnerships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort interacting with all levels of a partner’s organization.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Hybrid work arrangement, primarily onsite in Omaha home office 3+ days per week; minimal travel may be required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working in project management tools, such as Smartsheet or Workfront.
Compensation

Compensation range (base pay): $81,662.00 – $.

Work Environment

The incumbent will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in‑person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
