This role requires a results-driven professional with at least three years of B2B business development support, ideally in consulting or IT for the P&C insurance industry. You will lead projects, manage sales pipelines, and translate marketing strategies into local campaigns. Your ability to effectively coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams will be crucial in meeting client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for Business Development processes

• Track sales leads through CRM for accurate reporting

• Facilitate cross-team collaboration on strategy alignment

• Collaborate on key account plans to enhance client communication

• Manage external and internal events for business engagement

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in B2B business development support
