Hybrid Senior Benefits Consultant

Join People Corporation as a Senior Benefits Consultant in Ottawa, ON. This full-time, hybrid remote position focuses on strategic client consulting and effective benefits management to optimize service delivery.

In this role, you will leverage over five years of experience in group benefits to manage a diverse client block. You will develop innovative strategies for client retention and ensure clients meet their goals through comprehensive plan design and strategic advice. Your dual fluency in English and French will facilitate effective communication and foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements and deliver tailored strategic advice

• Analyze trends and manage financial aspects of benefit plans

• Build and implement client retention strategies

• Identify risks and recommend cost-effective solutions

• Participate actively in industry events and conferences

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing benefits role

• Completion or ability to obtain Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)

• Fluency in English and French required

• Deep understanding of multi-employer benefit plans

• Valid driver's license for travel requirements
