In this role, you will leverage your project management and technical skills to support clients from a distance, focusing on improving their business processes using Service Now. You will facilitate workshops, create documentation, and guide users towards optimal software utilization. Your proactive approach ensures that quality solutions meet or exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct workshops to identify process improvement opportunities
• Support the development of testing and training plans
• Liaise between client stakeholders and technical teams
• Analyze gaps in current processes and recommend improvements
• Manage multiple initiatives across various client projects
Requirements:
• Two or more years in a process-related role
• Experience with Agile methodology preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Completion of Service Now Fundamentals is a plus
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications required
