Position: Consultant Planning Coordinator Hybrid Role

As a Planning Coordinator, your primary tasks will involve managing executive schedules, analyzing budgets, and providing comprehensive support across departments. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and engage teams through planned activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars and schedule essential meetings

• Analyze and report on budget forecasts and expenditures

• Provide support for financial administration and contract reviews

Requirements:
