We're a sustainable third-party logistics company (3PL) based in San Marcos, TX. We handle warehousing, shipping, and fulfillment for eCommerce brands with a focus on white-glove service and eco-friendly operations.
The RoleAccount Managers own the relationship between Manifest and our brand partners. You're the main point of contact for your book of accounts, fielding questions and escalations, running quarterly business reviews, and staying ahead of issues before merchants have to ask.
The hardest part of the job: you're the bridge between the brand and the warehouse. You don't always control the outcome, but you own the communication. That means delivering bad news sometimes, and doing it well.
What You'll Do- Manage a dedicated book of accounts as their primary point of contact
- Know your accounts cold: operations, rate cards, invoicing, automation rules
- Own Q prep and delivery; use them to deepen relationships and surface opportunities
- Handle escalations with context: do the groundwork before you elevate
- Document everything in Pylon, our support and ticketing platform
- Run regular inventory aging, SKU, and shipment method audits on your book
- Drive escalation volume down by absorbing recurring issues into your knowledge base
- Hit First Reply and Full Resolution SLA targets consistently
For the first 90 days, this role is 4 days/week on-site in San Marcos (Tue + Thu required; 2 days your choice). After that, it shifts to hybrid: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote. The ramp is intentional. The relationships you build with the ops team are what make remote work possible.
What We're Looking For- 3+ years in account management, customer success, or a customer-facing role
- B2B, logistics, or supply chain background is a strong plus
- You call. You don't send 18 emails when a 5-minute conversation would do it
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building the answer as you go
- Process-driven; you document things and improve them over time
- Google Suite proficiency; experience with Pylon or similar CS/ticketing tools is a plus
- Genuinely motivated to do excellent work, not just get by
$55,000 – $82,000 OTE depending on experience. Base salary plus quarterly performance bonuses. Bonus eligibility begins after the 90-day probationary period. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
