• Recruit experts: spend time speaking on the phone with experts who are relevant matches for client projects, often under tight deadlines.
• Understand the project and market context, including legal and regulatory environments.
• Take ownership of every aspect of projects from initiation and client‑expert communication to scheduling calls for seamless collaboration.
• Maintain a communications‑intensive front‑line role that requires multitasking across parallel work streams.

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievements throughout school and university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Work authorization in the United States; visas not sponsored, but STEM/OPT eligibility considered.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Client‑first mindset and resilience under pressure.

• Exposure to a wide range of business sectors without pigeonholing into one industry.
• Opportunity to develop transferable commercial and client management skills (professional communications, negotiation, persuasion, project and time management).
• Clear progression to Manager after 24‑30 months and to Vice President after ~5 years.

• Total first‑year compensation: $90‑110k, including $80,000 base salary plus uncapped variable compensation linked to performance.
