Salary Range: $72,500.00 - $89,750.00

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Vision
* Support the development and execution of Madewell's brand experience strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, brand positioning, and relevant market trends
* Assist Director of Brand Experience in translating brand pillars into customer-facing experiences across retail, digital platforms, and marketing channels, including always-on programs and seasonal activations
* Contribute to the execution of brand campaigns and initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance
* Ensure consistency in brand messaging, voice, and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints
Customer Insights & Trend Awareness
* Bring a customer-first mindset to all work streams
* Monitor and synthesize consumer data, cultural trends, and competitive insights to inform brand initiatives
* Support the development of trend reports and share insights with cross-functional teams
