What You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Analyst at TAINA, you’ll play a critical role in integrating our platform into some of the world’s largest financial institutions.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Working directly with customers to integrate the TAINA Platform into their existing systems and processes
  • Acting as a key bridge between clients, product, engineering, and delivery
  • Engaging stakeholders on technical, operational, and business‑process topics
  • Defining clear, high‑quality requirements in collaboration with subject‑matter experts
  • Validating new feature requirements both internally and externally
  • Supporting and overseeing data migration exercises
  • Working closely with delivery teams to shape BDD requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Owning the acceptance phase of new features and supporting deployment readiness
  • Building and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships
  • Supporting product demonstrations for existing and prospective clients

This is not a passive role.

You’ll have visibility, autonomy, and real influence over how our platform evolves.

Your Analytical Superpowers

You don’t need to tick every box — but you should be confident in many of these areas:

  • Business analysis experience (minimum 1 year), ideally within:
    • Financial services
    • Reg Tech / fintech
    • Complex SaaS platforms
  • Ability to quickly understand complex systems, workflows, and data models
  • Experience in defining and documenting clear business and technical requirements
  • Strong SQL skills and confidence working with data
  • Experience in analysing, validating, and explaining data and outcomes
  • Ability to create clear mock‑ups and solution artefacts (experience with Figma preferred)
  • Exposure to regulatory or tax‑related frameworks (FATCA, CRS, or similar is a plus)

  • Communicates clearly and confidently — verbally and in writing
  • Is detail‑oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Enjoys documenting, explaining, and presenting complex ideas simply
  • Is comfortable demonstrating product functionality (including APIs) to clients
  • Takes pride in producing high‑quality documentation, release notes, and demos
  • Builds trust quickly with both internal teams and external stakeholders
