As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers. You'll collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.
Responsibilities- Responsible for inventory planning, materials requirement planning (MRP), and work scheduling.
- Responsible for pricing control, statistical analysis, and database management.
- Provides arrangements for global transportation.
- Coordinates and communicates with sales, related departments, and customers.
- Performs and completes any other tasks and/or projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s (B.A./B.S.) degree required in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of related experience within supply chain operations.
- Good knowledge and understanding of supply chain operations, procurement, and/or management.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) systems (preferably SAP Material Management [MM] and PP Integration).
- Knowledge and understanding of computer and related components.
- Knowledge and understanding of database concepts.
- Good analytical skills with competency for data analysis and analytical dashboards.
- Ability and competency to manage and complete multiple projects with changing circumstances, workload, priorities, and deadlines with quality results.
- Good ability and competency for self‑initiative, motivation, confidence, accuracy, technical/detail orientation, be a team player, and with a “can do” attitude.
- Proficiency and skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Good time management, organizational, prioritization skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with oral presentation skills.
