Your work ensures that third‑party sales reps are properly set up, compliant, and ready to sell without delays.
This role is ideal for someone who moves fast without dropping details, can juggle competing priorities with ease, and enjoys taming messy information with spreadsheets, systems, and well‑structured logs.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Telecommunications Campaign Management teams on sales team onboarding and code management.
- Export order‑entry system code reports from client systems and update/report on that data in Salesforce.
- Submit bulk upload requests into client seller portals for each campaign (typically 3‑4 campaigns at a time).
- Troubleshoot onboarding and code errors with Campaign Management teams and sales offices.
- Update Badge Logs with current submission data and maintain them as the source of truth.
- Run analyses from Badge Logs to process, document, and track system deactivations.
- Support sales offices with reactivations, campaign participation changes, and contact information updates.
- Partner with the onboarding/badging team to ensure third‑party sales reps are badged and ready to sell on time.
- Create FAQ and how‑to materials to help sales offices self‑serve basic troubleshooting.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvements to support team and business objectives.
- Exceptional organization and time‑management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong professional communication skills, written and verbal, with experience working across internal teams and external client stakeholders.
- Experience using program or project management tools (such as Click Up) to manage workflows, onboarding logs, tasks, and timelines; familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for daily analysis and reporting (plus Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Positive, self‑starter mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
