Associate Program – Client Service Associate

This Associate Program is a fast‑paced commercial role where you will serve as the link between clients and expert knowledge.

You will work on multiple projects for investors, strategists, and deal makers at top‑tier client organizations. This communication‑intensive frontline role requires you to multitask across parallel work streams.

• Recruit experts by speaking on the phone with relevant experts under tight deadlines.
• Understand the project, market context, and legal & regulatory environment for clients and experts.
• Take ownership of every aspect of projects from initiating and managing client‑expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration.

Your total first‑year compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, consisting of an annual base salary of $80,000 and uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance.

17 vacation days, 10 public holidays, and business closure during the winter holiday week.

• Undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above.
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Work authorization in the United States (non‑sponsored; STEM/OPT eligible).
