Job Overview

This job leads strategic program efforts for the organization by effectively managing a set of strategic initiatives leveraging project management, change management, and process improvement core capabilities. The role interfaces directly with the executive team to drive program strategy and efficiently achieve project objectives, leading multidisciplinary teams to meet or exceed targeted goals through expert program management.

A summary of primary duties and responsibilities:
The description includes the following responsibilities.

• Required
  - Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred
  - Master’s degree in business administration, public health, accounting, finance, healthcare administration or related field.

• Required - 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, supply chain, business administration, healthcare administration, project management or related fields.
• Preferred - 5 years of industry or consulting related partnership experience including implementation, divestiture, public health collaboration, or community engagement.

• Preferred
  - Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Master Change Agent, AGILE Project Management, or Program Management Professional.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• Excellent judgment, organization skills, group facilitation skills, decision making, and delegating skills.
• Ability to be self‑directed, work independently, set project priorities, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with physicians, operations, and corporate divisions to drive change in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to travel throughout and between facilities.
• Knowledge of M&A synergy identification and tracking, integration management, shared services, and process redesign.

• Leads impactful strategic initiatives ensuring program goals are achieved within budgetary, time, and organizational parameters.
• Leads program communication strategy through clear articulation of ideas to the project team and critical interfacing with senior management.
• Develops and maintains a consolidated integration project plan highlighting key activities, milestones, and cross‑functional interdependencies to drive a successful integration.
• Facilitates process design sessions with key stakeholders across every functional area to determine the future integrated processes.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Jobs are predominantly sedentary. The employee may have to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds occasionally, perform brief walking or standing, and coexist with minimal exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues. The role involves no occupational risk for communicable diseases but may involve exposure to hazardous medications or hazardous waste associated with healthcare operations.

Individuals who reside and will work from Colorado, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington D.C. are not eligible for remote placement.
