• Drive business growth in coffee-compatible capsule markets across Western Europe and North America.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for international FMCG food markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions for customers.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an international FMCG company, ideally in the food or coffee sector.
• Bachelor’s degree (or university of applied science); completed MBA or similar business administration qualification preferred.
• Business‑level fluency in English.
• Fluency in German.
• French language skills are an advantage.
• Strong expertise in the FMCG food industry; coffee experience is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25%).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems.
