ResponsibilitiesOperate as an individual contributor who taps into years of industry relationships to secure new business and logos for EPAM
Source, manage and close brand-new accounts
Develop a pipeline and craft a proactive strategy for generating new business at EPAM
Establish EPAM as a trusted partner with decision-makers across prospective and current client organizations
Create, implement and continually refine your account and pursuit plans
Cultivate an internal network and relationships with key stakeholders while getting familiar with EPAM's history, core value propositions and expertise
Spot, communicate, coordinate and win deals in business consulting and technology services
Partner with EPAM's technology partner companies to secure deals and engage with EPAM's alliance team
Take part in and lead EPAM's sales pursuits to land new business
Qualify and manage complex RFP/RFI responses
Keep up with the latest technology and market trends through ongoing learning
A self-starter capable of learning quickly within a matrixed organization, building an internal network and uniting EPAM's world-class capabilities to deliver strategic value to clients
A proven history of identifying and closing new business at organizations generating $2B+ in sales by applying a consultative multi-discipline team approach
An established network and set of contacts within the industry
The ability to nurture long-term client relationships at the Director, VP and C-Suite levels
A strong grasp of technology trends and the capacity to drive positive change from a wide industry perspective using cutting‑edge solutions in Cloud, Digital, Big Data, Analytics, Core Software Engineering, Legacy Modernization, Dev Ops, Agile, Automation and beyond
Experience championing transformational concepts (such as digital transformation and organizational change) and shaping a vision for large enterprise clients that drives meaningful long‑term value through advanced software engineering and technology consulting services
The capability to collaborate with and lead teams of highly skilled professionals on a deal‑by‑deal basis
A demonstrated history of partnering with technology vendors to close deals
Hands‑on experience with proactive selling and orchestrating RFP and RFI responses
