- Content Development:
Write, edit, and prepare information for newsletters and communication materials - Internal Coordination:
Coordinate communication efforts across programs to support consistent information sharing - Media Support:
Provide details to senior staff to help respond to inquiries from the public and media - Strategic Engagement:
Represent the Office of Communications during meetings that support planning and strategy - Project Management:
Manage multiple communication projects and work with staff who have different needs - Document Oversight:
Serve as the lead coordinator for official communication documents and support publication reviews
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch
- Telework:
May have the opportunity to work from home part-time up to 2 days a week. Requires a securely configured high-speed internet connection and an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If telework is not available, you may report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Telework availability is subject to change; details may be provided during the interview - Salary:

- Minimum Experience and Training:
Four years of experience in preparing public relations promotion through all media; and a bachelor’s degree with major course work in journalism, communications, English, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of experience and training - Additional Requirements:
Possess a current Class C driver’s license which is not under suspension; able to perform essential job functions
