Madael Consult, a growing HR consulting firm, is opening an opportunity for individuals ready to learn quickly and get directly involved in business operations, from client communication and presentations to project negotiations.

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations, including on-site engagements
• Identify new business opportunities
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's business processes

• Fresh graduates (SMA/SMK and above) are welcome to apply, relevant experience is a plus
• Conversational English proficiency
• Proactive, communicative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to be assigned on-site for meetings/presentations, especially within the Jabodetabek area
• Able to join as soon as possible (ASAP)

First month (probationary period using PHL scheme, WFA):
Rp 125,000/day, a chance to get hands‑on with real projects from day one, with the flexibility to work from anywhere. Upon evaluation (permanent employment):
Jakarta minimum wage, Work From Office, along with bonuses and other incentives in accordance with company policy.
