Ledgent Finance & Accounting, a leading staffing firm, is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to recruit and grow its client base and new business opportunities in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and recruitment efforts in Raleigh, NC.
  • Use end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycle skills to promote finance and accounting workforce staffing solutions with clients and prospects.
Qualifications
  • Live in the greater Raleigh, North Carolina area.
  • Experience in business development and outbound sales environment.
  • Strong business acumen and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-resolution skills.
  • Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful.
  • Accounting or finance experience is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and ambassadors.
  • Committed to belonging and inclusion.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or transferable experience.
