Role Overview

As the Client Partner Account Manager you will manage day‑to‑day client accounts, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Oversee day‑to‑day management of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Account Planning: Devise and implement detailed account plans that leverage multiple media channels and Tinuiti’s diverse solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Budgets & Forecasting: Assist clients to establish budgets and forecasts, using data to ensure efficient budget usage and to actualize at month‑end.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Identify and pursue account growth and cross‑selling opportunities aligned with client strategic goals.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas; prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal teams.

    Collaboration:

    Engage with Tinuiti’s client channel teams and additional internal teams to contribute positively toward client project outcomes and strategic initiatives.
  • Client Communication: Act as point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely updates on project progress and outcomes.
  • Issue Resolution: Support Client Partner team in addressing client concerns, resolving issues swiftly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Industry Expertise: Maintain and apply an in‑depth knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices to enhance client strategies.
Qualifications
  • 4‑5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
  • Extensive experience with multiple digital platforms and how they work together.
  • Strong command of Google Analytics, Project Management tools, and research tools such as Pathmatics, Similar Web, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint.
  • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with external and internal teams.
Compensation
  • Salary range: $70,000–$80,000.
  • Incentive pay program (Rev Share) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
  • Salaries determined through interviews, education, experience, skills, and market data.
