LVI Associates are working with a leading commercial roofing manufacturer of high-performance materials who are seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to join its team, focused on expanding its footprint in the Data Center sector
. This is a remote position with travel expectations of 40-60%, ideal for a dynamic sales professional with deep industry knowledge and a passion for driving strategic growth.

What You’ll Do- Lead sales efforts targeting a named list of Fortune 500 Data Center clients
, including enterprise, colocation, cloud, hyperscale, and AI/ML segments. - Build and manage a portfolio of customers and partners including industrial developers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
- Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and C-suite executives.
- Independently pitch and close complex sales presentations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align deliverables with customer goals.
- Drive strategic sales initiatives and ensure brand awareness across target segments.
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and performance against sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience selling into the Data Center industry
, ideally within the Fortune 500. - Experience selling specifically roofing products to Data Center clients is a plus.
- Proven success navigating long, complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and engineering principles.
- Ability to articulate financial value and unit economics to senior stakeholders.
- Existing industry relationships and credibility in the data center ecosystem.
