• Calculate route
• Drive business growth in coffee‑compatible capsule markets across Western Europe and North America
• Develop and implement strategic plans for international FMCG food markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion
• Collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions for customers

• At least 5 years of experience in an international FMCG company, ideally in the food or coffee sector
• Bachelor's degree (university / university of applied science)
• Completed MBA or Bachelor's degree, ideally in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field
• English (Business fluent)
• French (Advantageous)
• Expertise in the FMCG food industry; coffee experience is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems
