- Hybrid/On Site positions:
Must be CURRENT WI RESIDENT at time of submission. No relocation allowed. This position is currently remote. However, position status is subject to change. No designated work-space will be assigned however, selected candidate must be available to work at our location as needed. DCF work location is 201 W. Washington Ave., Madison, WI 53703. DCF does not pay for travel time or reimburse for travel expenses. - Phone and web based interviews will be acceptable.
- However, an in-person interview may be required.
- MUST provide three (3) business references for the interview. (One reference must be a supervisory level.)
Description:

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. Familiar with industry standards, and current and emerging technologies. Also is adept at interacting with members of the public to resolve their system access needs.
Business Analyst/Consultant capabilities with 8 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Independently, performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Utilizes experience with Wisconsin child support applications including wiKIDS, KIDS, Child Support Online Services and Control-D. Works in cross-division teams to manage system access requests, improve processes and automated system procedures.
