Join a collaborative supply chain team where you will play a key role in inventory planning, forecasting, and procurement activities that directly support customer satisfaction and operational success. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with sales, brand management, logistics, and operations while developing expertise in supply chain strategy and inventory optimization. RESPONSIBILITIES- Monitor and manage inventory levels to support service goals and maintain appropriate stock availability.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical trends, market conditions, and business inputs.
- Analyze inventory performance and recommend adjustments to reorder points, safety stock levels, and purchasing strategies.
- Update and maintain planning system parameters including lead times, service levels, inventory targets, and product lifecycle information.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to incorporate promotions, business initiatives, and market trends into forecasting plans.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to support efficient inventory flow and cost‑effective distribution.
- Generate reports and provide analytical insights to support business planning and inventory decisions.
- Assist with supply chain improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety practices and company procedures.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, purchasing, procurement, or a related function.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with supply chain planning software, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- APICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Industry experience within consumer products, beverage, food, distribution, or related sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid office environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
