Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a full‑time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain appointment schedules for physicians and other staff members
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications
  • Prepare and send out patient correspondence, including appointment reminders and follow‑up communications
  • Maintain patient records and update information as needed
  • Assist with billing and invoicing tasks
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and other healthcare providers as necessary
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work full‑time during regular business hours
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
