Qualifications:

CPA License 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience 3+ years experience auditing NFP organizations

Experience with single audits

Experience with uniform guidance compliance audits Highly evolved analytical and problem solving ability Proven supervisory and training success Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, rules and standards Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate multiple simultaneous client engagements, including resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow management across audit projects. Foster ongoing client relationships by proactively managing expectations, driving satisfaction, and championing organizational change initiatives. Serve as a trusted business advisor, delivering strategic recommendations on operational and process enhancements tailored to each client's needs. Collaborate with firm leadership on new business pursuits, including proposal development and growth strategy execution.
