Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote work out of multiple locations all across NJ.
MUST have at least 50% of bank lending experience exclusive to C&I
- They will consider lenders at all levels. C&I is key, even PMs who are aggressive and hungry. 2M+ portfolio, 5-7M ideal. Philly portfolio, Upstate and/or NJ (Not NYC)
- MUST come from a US Bank, not an investment house
- MUST come from US Banks with excess of 8B in assets
- MUST have a Bachelor’s degree
- Ideal is to have a minimum of 5-7 years with C&I lending
- Non-supervisory role
- Roles are not a VP, EVP or Officer role
- 15 PTO days and 40 hours sick leave
