Director of Client Services

As client services director, you will lead a team of HR professionals to provide services to Empowered Hospitality clients. You will be responsible for initiating, building and sustaining relationships, architecting and delivering leading HR solutions, supporting the development of our team, meeting financial targets, and contributing to the strategic growth of our firm. Prior experience in a consultative role, managing a P&L, liaising with senior-level executives, and managing projects is essential for this role, in addition to an understanding and appreciation of general HR principles, strategies and tactics.

You must also bring tireless curiosity, exceptional attention to detail and unblemished professional ethics and integrity to our firm.

• Distilling complex concepts into impactful communications, tools and processes
• Foreseeing and proactively offering solutions to common business challenges
• Exercising exceptional PowerPoint, Excel, and written communication skills to execute flawless executive-level deliverables
• Understanding and analyzing an organization’s current state and communicating opportunities for improvement
• Leading, inspiring and influencing team members and clients
• Providing structure and oversight to ensure excellent project execution

• Managing project scope, staffing and budget for a portfolio of clients
• Steering strategy and action plans in collaboration with project teams
• Cultivating accountability for attention to detail and risk management
• Attending client meetings to review project deliverables, answer questions, and discuss opportunities
• Proactively escalating potential concerns or issues
• Nurturing new and existing relationships to expand our network, strengthen our brand, and identify prospective clients

• 5+ years’ experience in management consulting, client relations or consultative sales role, demonstrating strategic thinking, executive-level communication and senior relationship management skills
• 5+ years’ experience in human resources (recruiting, training, benefits, etc.)
• 5+ years’ experience in hospitality management preferred
• Experience building, leading and developing high-functioning teams
• Exceptional MS office skills
• Strong business and financial acumen, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PMP, or other related certification preferred

• Compensation: $120-180k + incentive compensation
• Vacation: 15 days PTO + 10 company holidays
