The base salary range for this role is $108,000 per year - $198,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming and an equity award.

We are seeking a Data Analyst III to join our growing Data organization and help set up our newly formed Revenue Analytics team. The role reports into the Analytics Manager and will focus on creating insight to drive the growth of the business, partnering closely with senior commercial stakeholders and their teams.
Supporting commercial stakeholders with high level Sports book & Casino strategy will be a top priority for this analyst, as well as providing ongoing analysis and recommendations to stakeholders. They will focus on financial forecasting, commercial performance, KPI reporting, Points Bet customer migration, and other key projects that have a high impact on business strategy e.g. customer segmentation or an NFL season review.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of Fanatics Betting and Gaming, as well as related products and operations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders in Commercial.
- Design and build insightful metric definitions, KPIs, and reporting.
- Become a key voice in driving commercial performance across both Sports book & Casino.
- Collaboration with other Analysts and Data Scientists to find solutions to business problems.
- Gather and present insights metrics and activities to key stakeholders, becoming a trusted source of intelligence over time.
- Remain current on technology and trends in data analytics and the sports betting & gaming industry.
Experience and Skills
- A minimum of 3 years proven experience in an analytics role.
- Strong SQL and Excel proficiency.
- Experienced building dashboards in Tableau.
- Experience in data analysis or mathematical model development.
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with stakeholders, earning trust and prioritizing relationships.
- Customer focused; highly outcome-oriented and data-driven; experienced in working in high-growth environments.
- Logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Positive and flexible attitude, a willingness to embrace new initiatives.
- Understanding of sports betting or experience in customer behavior analysis a significant plus.
- Must be open to travel for team offsite's and events.
