• $40,000 yearly plus commission

• Full-time schedule:
  Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

• Occasional weekend work when needed

• Local work: operate within a 35–40 mile service area from Sterling, VA

As a Restoration Estimator
, you’ll be the crucial bridge between damage and delivery. Based in Sterling, VA
, your day-to-day includes:

• Act as the first line of trust for property owners after damage events

• Inspect, assess, and scope restoration jobs across mitigation and reconstruction

• Build accurate project plans and estimates using Xactimate

• Present and close job proposals with confidence and professionalism

• Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to deliver top-notch service

• Manage your pipeline of projects and follow up like a pro

• Represent the company in the field and through networking events to build future business

• 3+ years of experience in restoration, ideally as a technician or field operator

• Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships

• Strong knowledge of property restoration, construction, and mitigation

• Proficiency in Xactimate (required)

• Highly self-motivated with excellent communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Comfortable building a personal book of business over time

• Must be local to Sterling, VA, and able to travel within the designated service area

• Experience with Bluebeam, Heavy Bid, or CRM software is a plus
