What We NeedWe are looking for an exceptionally skilled producer to manage mobile data acquisition sessions and related administrative tasks. The candidate must have strong production experience with small teams, be self‑reliant, build rapport with talent, and maintain a supportive environment. The position is temporary for 12 months, based onsite in San Rafael, CA, with occasional travel. Relocation assistance is not provided.
What You’ll Do- Oversee all aspects of on‑location scans: parking, logistics, schedule and talent liaison; manage hotels, rental cars, taxis, meals; serve as the face of 2K for clients; manage logistical communications including call sheets.
- Administer timely processing and tracking of department invoices and timesheets, maintaining strong communication and workflow with Accounts Payable.
- Assist with production coordination on scans and special projects—staffing, scheduling, and client communication.
- Organize, update, and share department reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and provide updates.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Experience in Creative Production.
- Strong organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail.
- Stellar time‑management skills, with a focus on proactivity and efficient remote working.
- Experience with invoices, expense reports, and working with Accounts Payable departments.
- Aptitude for project management and effective problem solving.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to establish rapport with clients.
- Experience with Airtable or other database systems.
The pay range at the start of employment is $37.00–$57.00 per hour. Base pay is based on market location and other objective considerations. Total compensation may include a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(k) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
