Position: Director of Growth for Stewart Title Atlantic
Join Stewart Title as the Director of Growth for Atlantic Canada, focusing on residential and commercial development.

This role offers home-office flexibility with frequent client interactions.
You will report to the VP of Commercial Business Development, targeting strategic initiatives to increase revenue across Halifax, Fredericton, and Moncton. Your background in real estate law and title insurance coupled with proven leadership skills will facilitate strong relationships with key stakeholders. This position aims to align growth strategies with Stewart Title’s objectives in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and exploit market share opportunities

• Develop key partnerships with law firms and lenders

• Provide strategic leadership and market analyses

• Supervise business development team efforts

• Represent Stewart at various industry events
Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in real estate or related fields

• Comprehensive knowledge of title insurance and real estate law

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• History of relationship management and collaboration

• Must possess a valid driver’s license for extensive travel
