Take on a pivotal role as a Bilingual Sourcing & Contracts Specialist s full-time, remote position focuses on managing supplier relationships and contract life cycles across Canadian and US markets.

In this remote position, you will oversee end-to-end supplier onboarding and contract management within a dynamic environment. Your bilingual skills in English and French will be essential for effective communication with stakeholders across borders. A successful candidate will be well-versed in procurement processes, compliance, and risk management while supporting various client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier onboarding processes effectively

• Oversee complete lifecycle of contracts

• Ensure compliance with JLL and regulatory requirements

• Serve as primary contact for risk management inquiries

• Coordinate multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in procurement

• Experience with supplier onboarding and contract negotiation

• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects across geographic areas
