We are offering a comprehensive 6-month remote internship designed to build your core skills from the ground up.
- Free, Self-Paced Learning: consist of a completely free-of-cost training period. You will experience "on-the-job training" while also having the flexibility to learn at your own pace.
- Post-Training Salary: Upon successful completion of the training period - for top performers - your stipend of 15,000 / month will officially begin.
- Career Advancements: Top performers will either be absorbed directly into our company (100% remote WFH) or recommended/referred to our network of partner companies for employment.
- Job Search Assistance: You will learn invaluable, hands-on strategies to master your own job search process.
While high performers will have higher chances of Full-Time Employment, no job is guaranteed at the end of the program for non-performers/ average performers.
Key ResponsibilitiesWhether you want to specialize or gain cross-functional experience, you will get hands‑on practice in:
Talent Acquisition & Staffing- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycles, from active sourcing to onboarding.
- Draft and manage job postings across various platforms.
- Utilize Linked In and other portals for talent sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Conduct initial screening calls, interviewing, shortlisting, and selection.
- Assist in lead generation, calling, and pre‑sales activities.
- Learn the fundamentals of B2B/B2C sales and client relationship management.
- Support the team in Sales Recruitment to help build a robust sales force.
- Assist in building our employer brand online.
- Create compelling content and campaigns to attract top talent and engage potential clients.
- Good Earning Potential on top of Salary: Attractive incentives ranging from 5,000 to up to 50,000 per closure or more for Leadership Roles.
- Flexibility: 100% Remote work with fully flexible working hours.
- Mentorship: Direct reporting to and learning from the Manager with 20 years of Industry experience.
- Recognition: Certificate of Internship and a Letter of Recommendation will be provided.
- Academics: We provide documentation for College Credits if required by your college/ university.
