About the Role
You will bring FP&A experience to support a team, business segment, or product portfolio where your insights help shape better business decisions. You will align to a category or team and provide decision support, financial analysis, and strong financial controls that help the business operate with clarity and confidence. In this role, you will use your subject‑matter expertise and consultative business acumen to serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board for partners across the business and play a direct role in shaping business plans and influencing key decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with brand management to prepare budgets and forecasts that achieve sales, share and profit targets, while also anticipating problems, developing contingency plans, identifying risks/opportunities, and recommending strategy‑supporting changes.
- Perform complex finance activities, including monthly and ad‑hoc financial statement analysis, pricing analytics, and scenario modeling.
- Ensure accuracy of monthly and year‑end financial statements.
- Provide ROI analytics and marketing spend trade‑off analysis.
- Act as a key business advisor to brand management, providing analysis of planned and executed marketing programs and new product launches.
- Manage Net Working Capital (NWC) by facilitating the Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) process.
- Drive Delivered Profit improvement by working cross‑functionally to identify and implement cost‑saving projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related business degree and 7+ years of directly related experience, OR Master’s degree with 5+ years of directly related experience.
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full‑time employment.
- Experience in cost management, sales finance, marketing/strategic business issues, and analytical projects.
- Fundamental accounting knowledge.
- Demonstrated analytical skillset (e.g., complex financial analysis, discounted cash flow/project valuation) and financial statement management (P&L analysis and modeling).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Business Planning and Continuity (BPC) and SAP.
- Ability to implement and monitor internal controls and develop process improvements.
- Ability to adapt to different systems and technology.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage concurrent projects.
- Influential leadership to collaborate cross‑functionally and achieve objectives.
- Positions may be located at an office in Racine or Mt. Pleasant, WI.
- Full time, Monday‑Friday regular business hours.
- Remote work available once a week for eligible employees.
- This role is NOT eligible for domestic relocation.
