Mission

As an Associate Product Manager, you will work in cross‑functional teams and support the product team in their execution of the global product plan for Training and Klutch Athletics Apparel categories. You will assist the teams in successfully developing, designing, managing, merchandising, and driving product assortments that meet business plan needs and long‑term vision for both internal collections and external partnerships.

Accountabilities
  • Conduct ongoing market trend and consumer research to gain a full understanding of the needs of the target consumer. Continually evaluate competitors' businesses and the marketplace to identify and capitalize on potential new category opportunities.
  • Lead gathering of consumer and athlete insights. Provide feedback and suggestions to cross‑functional global teams based on market data and consumer insights.
  • Assist in all aspects of the day‑to‑day product management activities for the category. Demonstrate understanding of product creation process, products and systems while adhering to product creation calendar.
  • Contribute to creating detailed product briefs for each season.
  • Assist PM for external partnership management and communication as needed.
  • Perform data entry into product line management system.
  • Prepare reports as required by Senior Product Manager and Product Manager to include sales & selling data, category performance, margin and market/consumer analysis.
  • Manage inventory of samples / large meeting prep / etc...
Requirements for Success
  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in product management or retail within the apparel industry.
  • Product management within the apparel industry preferred.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills. Presentation skills also required.
  • Solid product and industry knowledge.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft office skills.
  • Passion for sport, fashion and fitness preferred.

Boston, MA Headquarters - (NB) Only Pay Range: $82,000.00 - $ - $ Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
