Business Management Intern - Summer

This rotational internship at Aginsky Capital Group () is open to college seniors, recent college grads, and graduate students, and it is designed to offer a broad range of hands‑on experience in all aspects of running a business. You will be able to contribute towards starting a business, handling business operations, finance, marketing, business development, plan exit strategies, delve into mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and have a taste for things like forensic accounting and commercial property management.

In addition, working in a small boutique investment firm means you will be working directly with top‑level management, and be able to learn directly from them. We also want this to be a platform for you to pitch ideas and projects that you wish to pursue. Want to learn how to analyze and buy a business? Or maybe you want to develop your aptitude for sales, we’ll help you with that too!

In short, this internship is a great opportunity to figure out what you enjoy, and what you don’t, and equip yourself with valuable skills and experience for the future.

We would love to find someone to remain with us after the internship program as a full‑time employee, but it's not necessary, and we will assist you should you be looking for opportunities elsewhere.

• Open to Bachelor’s and Master’s degree holders or those currently finishing their degree.
• Business‑related majors strongly preferred (Business, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Communications, etc.)
• Full‑time preferred, but part‑time welcome. Flexible with scheduling.
• In‑person, based in Portland, Oregon, with some flexibility for remote work.
• We welcome candidates under CPT/OPT with the possibility of visa sponsorship later on.

• Work full‑cycle on a private equity rollup within facilities maintenance space.
• Handle the property management of a food cart pod and assist with the market research and business development of the pod –
• Find and research possible business development avenues for Atlas Facilities Maintenance () & ABDM ().
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for Atlas Facilities Maintenance & ABDM (ACG entities) in accounting, marketing, procurement, HR, and operations.
• Assist in launching a new business that seeks to bring high‑quality, tasty food right to your building –
• Analyze financials: from forensic accounting to creating financial projections.
• Identify and gather information on potential targets for M&A.
