As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Role Requirements
  • Client Service
    :
    Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Account Management
    :
    Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account opening, account transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support
    :
    Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes with updated SOPs and execute on the branch business plan.
  • Technology
    :
    Strong computer literacy with a willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm‑provided software.
