The Customs Coordinator will report directly to the Transportation Manager and play a vital role in global trading operations. Your responsibilities include managing customs documents, coordinating with officials, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. This position requires a proactive approach in maintaining records and overseeing payment processes related to customs duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage customs documentation

• Coordinate with customs brokers and officials

• Maintain compliance records and performance metrics

• Monitor changes in trade laws and regulations

• Oversee payment processes for duties and discrepancies

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of logistics or customs experience

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems

• Fluent in English; other languages advantageous

• Professional certification is a benefit

• Excellent organizational skills
