Position: Client Account Support Senior Analyst, U-500 - Cigna Healthcare - Remote

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end account installation for an assigned Select Segment book of business, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Lead cross‑functional implementation, coordinating SMEs to drive effective team collaboration.
  • Partner with Sales, clients, and brokers to gather required documentation and present implementation plans for new and renewing business.
  • Facilitate installation meetings to align client plan intent and oversee end‑to‑end set‑up, including system build, readiness, eligibility, , and billing.
  • Serve as the central liaison across teams, aligning processes, introducing technical experts to clients, and driving seamless implementation.
  • Coordinate ePro/CIT tools, benefit documentation, and structure with the Work Order team, ensuring accurate and consistent set‑up aligned to plan design intent.
  • Identify and resolve implementation issues across process, plan design, and timelines, ensuring full ownership through completion.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED – required; bachelor’s degree – preferred.
  • 2+ years of healthcare background/benefits knowledge – required.
  • 2+ years of client‑facing experience in account management, client services, or sales – preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to effectively solve complex issues to resolution – required.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and cross‑functional coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, align multiple stakeholders, and deliver effective client solutions – required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) and strong technical and navigational skills – required.
  • Self‑motivated and driven, with strong initiative to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment – required.
  • Familiarity with multiple Cigna systems (e.g., ePro, CIT, Vista, Facets, CDB).
  • Experience applying project management skills to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables – highly preferred.
  • Adept at building cross‑functional partnerships and communicating effectively across all matrix levels to align stakeholders with mutually beneficial solutions – preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, as needed – required.
  • If working at home occasionally or permanently, internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber‑optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10

Compensation

Annual salary range: 56,600

USD – 94,300

USD, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. Eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
