Our client, a leader in corporate design, is seeking an experienced Portfolio Strategy Lead to help shape and evolve large-scale workplace portfolios. This strategic leadership role connects business objectives, workplace strategy, design, and real estate decisions to deliver measurable outcomes across complex, multi-site programs.
As a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, you will develop portfolio strategies, governance frameworks, and standards that drive consistency, innovation, and long-term value while leading business development and account growth initiatives.

- What You Will Be Doing: Lead the development of workplace portfolio strategies, governance models, and stewardship frameworks.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and guide portfolio-level decision-making.
- Facilitate portfolio reviews and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and measure success.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategy with project delivery and business objectives.
- Support business development efforts, including pursuits, proposals, presentations, and account growth.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the development of portfolio strategy methodologies and best practices.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate, portfolio management, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-site portfolio programs.
- Strong client leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success in business development and growing client relationships.
- Experience developing governance frameworks, standards, and strategic playbooks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
