Take on the role of Bid Manager at Thales in Ottawa, Canada, where you'll streamline the bid development process and ensure adherence to compliance standards. This hybrid role combines office and remote work.
As a Bid Manager, your primary responsibility is to enhance the bid and proposal development process for prospective customers. Collaborating with various internal teams, you'll ensure document compliance and coordinate the scheduling of important reviews. Your contribution will include risk management and positive stakeholder engagement to facilitate successful outcomes. You'll also support special projects to improve bid processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the coordination of bid preparation activities
• Analyze and support contract terms and conditions
• Gather and review inputs to ensure completeness
• Prepare for Gate reviews and approvals
• Collaborate with stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements:
• University degree or relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years in bid/proposal roles
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Strong document writing capabilities
• Must be proficient in English
