Business Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our team and work directly with stakeholders and internal teams. The role involves acting as a liaison, gathering and managing requirements, and working on data analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Data Bricks. This is a remote position, available for immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business teams to understand and document specifications.
• Sit with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with the BA Client team, consisting of 2 front-end professionals using Power BI and 4 backend team members working with Data Bricks.
• Analyze and understand calculations in Excel versus data intake from data sources.
• Coordinate communication between different groups and stakeholders.
• Assist in requirements gathering and ensure the accuracy of data being used for analysis.
• Maintain strong Excel skills, with a focus on logic, flow, and general analysis.
• Ensure smooth data integration and processing without the need for coding experience.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience, comfortable working independently.
• No formal education requirement, though strong problem-solving and logical thinking are needed.
• Strong experience with Excel (data analysis, logic flow, etc.).
• Experience with data intake and calculations using Excel and other tools such as Power BI.
• Prior experience in healthcare, legal, or insurance industries would be a plus but not required.

Additional Information:

• Domain experience in healthcare or insurance would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
• No coding skills are required for this role.
