We are looking for a new talent to join our Health/Pension teams s is a hybrid position with remote work options.

As the main contact for HR, HRD, or executives, you will be responsible for managing and following up on a portfolio of clients on health/pension matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Following up on assigned accounts in relation with internal stakeholders (consultants, cross-functional services…) and external stakeholders (insurers)
• Participating in the management of contract life events and responding to client requests.
• Managing the contractual production process and updates: reviewing contracts, requesting amendments, drafting notices, following up on adjustments, presenting statistics, managing follow-ups.
• Managing relationships with administration: setting up contracts, following up on employee enrollments and exits, updating guarantees and rates.
• Ensuring portfolio retention and annual contract renewal follow-up.
• Exploring client needs and directing them to suitable solutions/products.
• Participating in the preparation of calls for tenders, writing and sending specifications to insurers, following up and reminding on dossiers.

We expect you to have:

• Solid experience in collective insurance (4/5 years). (Brokerage firm, insurance company, mutual fund or pension organization)
• Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of the regulatory framework of social protection
• English is an asset for this position
