What you'll do- Define the roadmap for your product area in close partnership with engineering and design
- Translate customer pain into crisp specs and measurable success criteria
- Drive launches from beta through GA, including go-to-market and adoption metrics
- Make the call on tradeoffs when scope, timing, and quality are in tension
- 5+ years in product management at a B2B SaaS company
- A clear track record of shipping things customers actually use
- Comfort with technical conversations — you can read a schema
- Strong written communication; you can ship a great spec
