Aversan Inc. is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will apply LEAN methodologies to develop Value Stream Maps. You will drive process improvements by identifying gaps, formulating value propositions, and collaborating with the AJISS Team. This role is instrumental in shaping strategies within safety-critical electronics and software systems for aerospace and defense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis team to enhance process maturity

• Engage in defining processes via user feedback

• Utilize LEAN techniques for assessing processes

• Create value propositions for stakeholder engagements

• Contribute to ECP development with benefits analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

• 12+ years in business process documentation

• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience in Navy or Aviation maintenance
