Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality operational support for sales teams

• Prioritize and manage work through Service Now

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
