The Perella Weinberg 10-week internship program provides interns the opportunity to optimize and develop tangible skills that will drive their professional development. Interns will gain real-world transaction experience in a fast-paced environment and collaborate directly with the Advisory M&A and Restructuring senior bankers.

Quality of life likes:
Culture is superb, everyone is down-to-earth and easy to speak to. On average, I was in the office 70-80 hours a week just to get as much exposure as I could during the summer. The general attitude towards work/life balance is positive, but different groups get out at different times and/or work from home.

Interview process:
Great interview process, was flown out and put in a nice hotel. Interview process was long and competitive, but that is standard for the industry.
